Goal: Longmont Greenway bike paths
Miles: 20
Notes: Out to Sanderson Ranch and return via Lefthand Creek Path.
Choice of Egg and I or Jimmy John's for lunch.
Easy pace of 11-13 mph with regroups as necessary.

Notes: Legendary Gabriel Smith Trail: Niwot, Oxford, County Line,
CR 10 1/2, Erie Bike Path to Coal Creek Trail (bypassing Bonanza/Baseline/119th).
NOTE: estimated 7 miles of high quality crushed limestone path

Start: Frisco Post Office
Goal: Vail Pass
Miles:
Notes: The group will leave from the Post Office and follow the bike path through Copper Mountain and up to the Vail Pass rest area. A lunch stop in Copper Mountain is planned. The top of Vail Pass is at 10,000'.

Start: Frisco Post Office
Goal: Keystone /Montezuma
Miles:
Notes: After leaving the Post Office, we will pick up the bike path that loops around Lake Dillon and continue to Keystone. We will then pick up a lightly traveled road the goes up to Montezuma before returning to Keystone for our lunch stop.

Start: Frisco Post Office
Goal: Breckenridge via Swan Mountain
Miles:
Notes: We will retrace some of the previous day's route until we reach Swan Mountain Road. We then go on the bike path that goes up Swan Mountain and descends back to the road before heading south on yet another bike path that brings us into Breckenridge.
Return is on a bike path back to the Post Office.

Start: Tom Watson Park
Goal: Tuesday Speed Workout
Miles:
Notes: 1st set. 3 x 1 min at a/t with 1 min off between; 3 min recovery and regroup; 3 x 2 min at a/t with 1 min off between; 3 min recovery and regroup; 5 min at a/t.
5 min recovery and regroup.
2d set. Repeat 1st set.
The workout will be along woodland, 75th, 83rd, & 87th. The aim is to maintain a consistent time trial a/t effort throughout. The crux is maintaining that effort in the 5 minute segments. On the recovery segments, the ones in front should circle back so we can regroup without making the trailing riders work too hard.

Start: Nederland - (take the N bus at 8:03 am - bike under bus) Walnut Station. Exact change required.
Goal: Ward - Raymond - Lyons - Boulder --> No lunch stop planned due to potential heat. Bring snack/sandwiches, lots of water.
Miles:
Notes: Bring snack and extra water for possible brief stop either in Raymond or at public restrooms in Lyons.
After a short Lyons break, return to Boulder by route 36 finiding your own way home after Broadway.
